The room was clean with fresh towels, and I appreciated having climate control, TV, and a microwave, while the staff and owner were exceptionally friendly.

I received a free upgrade to a king room with fresh towels and found a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, which was a nice touch.

Between the phone and the refrigerator not working, The noise in the building from others was not good. Floors and walls to thin.

This place was a nice spot to stay while visiting, with very friendly staff who helped me with any problems I had.

Bathroom door would not close (warpped). Bathroom sink stopped did not work. Advertised as queen beds (smallest queen beds I have seen in a long time). Given a room by the pool, sounded like they were doing a favour, (I-80 on the other side of the fence)

When my husband and I went to take showers, the towels were extremely stained and one had dirt still on it. Other than the towels I enjoyed my stay. Both the night staff and morning staff were nice.

The hotel has super-friendly staff and a great location in the middle of Jackson.
